As Alberta reverts to more stringent restrictions in an effort to tame a spike in COVID-19 cases, one MLA says a regional approach to lockdowns would make more sense because not all areas are impacted equally by the virus. “We need a regional approach, a targeted approach that recognizes that a lot of regions are not having a huge impact from COVID.
