NEW DELHI—Ahead of the May 1 troop withdrawal from Afghanistan, the country’s Ambassador to India and the former senior political advisor to the Afghan National Security Council told The Epoch Times in an exclusive interview that the Afghans are not fighting a civil war but international terrorism. The withdrawal of troops shouldn’t be time-bound, he said. “One fact to be remembered is that we are not fighting a civil war, we are fighting, the Afghans are fighting, international terrorism.
