A suspected DUI driver allegedly rammed into a couple pushing their infant in a stroller, killing the baby, April 2 in Los Flores, an unincorporated neighborhood bordering Mission Viejo, California, police said.
Daniel Lenihan, 54, of San Clemente, was driving a 2017 Hyundai Sonata on the east sidewalk of Antonio Parkway, south of Oaktree Lane when he allegedly jumped the curb and drove several hundred feet on the sidewalk prior to the accident, according to the California Highway Patrol, who responded to the accident at 4:15 p.m.
Lenihan was arrested and he was suspected of being under the influence of drugs during the incident, according to the highway patrol….
