VANCOUVER, Canada—Mothers will go to great lengths to give their children a good life. Kathy Zhang and her daughter immigrated to Canada a year ago and when they were given the opportunity, they decided to see a performance that they cannot see in China.
“It was well done. I found it astounding,” Ms Zhang said of Shen Yun Performing Arts. “We really can’t see this in China but we have heard of it. So this is our first year here and I brought my daughter to grab the opportunity to see it. This is so my daughter can understand traditional Chinese culture from a young age.”…
