There are currently outbreaks of norovirus in several countries, including the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) data show 225 norovirus outbreaks from August 2022 to January 2023, which is about 30 percent higher than the 172 outbreaks reported during the same months in 2022.
