Chop ½ inch of fresh ginger. Bring 2 cups of water and the ginger to a boil, and lower to a simmer. Meanwhile, chop 10 fresh basil leaves. No need to be exact! After five minutes of boiling, remove from heat. Add basil and 1–2 teaspoons of green tea leaves (feel free to use a tea bag). Steep for two or three minutes.
