Less than 24 hours after being let go by the Dallas Cowboys, Kellen Moore reportedly has a new job.
NFL Network reported Monday, Jan. 30, that Moore is set to become the new offensive coordinator of the Los Angeles Chargers.
Moore would replace Joe Lombardi, fired by the Chargers earlier this month after the Chargers squandered a 27-point lead in a 31–30 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in an AFC wild-card game.
The Chargers’ passing offense—led by star Justin Herbert—ranked third in the NFL (269.6 yards per game), the total offense was ninth (359.3), and the team finished 13th in points (23.0) this season.
