Well, let’s look at the quality of your water first. Is it filtered? Is it free of hormone disrupting xenoestrogens? Do you put it in a glass or stainless steel bottle? Is it well mineralized?
There are so many pitfalls with water, it’s ridiculous. Whether it’s fluoride, chlorine, plastic residue, or one of the other dozen things contaminating our water supply, it’s become very difficult to obtain clean water which is absolutely essential to good health….
