This golden milk will help you to relax and destress before going to bed. With turmeric and ginger, it is not just delicious but also healthy. Sleep better and healthier with this golden milk.

Total time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
4 cups Unsweetened plain almond milk
3 tablespoon Ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger (or 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger*)
1 whole Cinnamon stick (or 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon)
1 tablespoon Coconut oil (optional for richness)
Honey to taste
Directions: In a saucepan, add the almond milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, coconut oil, and honey (sweetener of choice).
Whisk to combine and warm over medium heat. Heat until hot to the touch but not boiling, about 4 minutes; whisking frequently.
Turn off the heat and taste to adjust the flavor. Add more sweetener to taste or more turmeric or ginger for intense spice + flavor.
Serve immediately. Best when fresh, though leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat on the stovetop until hot. …
