Delicata, Rosemary & Blue Cheese Pizza

1/2 medium delicata squash, halved, seeded and sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 1/2 cups chopped leek (about 1 medium)
All-purpose flour for dusting
1 pound whole-wheat pizza dough, at room temperature
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup arugula
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
