Most of the men who attacked the Speaker’s Lobby doors at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, have not been identified or arrested, and the family of Ashli Babbitt wants to question them about the events that led up to her shooting death. Of the dozens of people who congregated before the double doors leading from the hallway into the Speaker’s Lobby that day, only two have been arrested by the FBI.
