1. Dress for Your Body Shape
The first step is to determine whether the shape of a garment goes well with your individual body shape. We have all different body shapes and not all clothing will look good on everybody. The key is to choose something that will work in favor of your body type. Oftentimes shoppers simply choose garments that they can fit into, disregarding whether or not it enhances certain aspects of their body. For instance, bulky clothes may be trending, but they aren’t flattering on everybody. They may make you look larger than you are, or if you’re petite, hide your figure and make you appear smaller!
