Endless self-help books and programs tell you that by trying harder or working harder, you’ll finally find success. But what if it doesn’t work?
This has happened to me. I know it first hand, going through endless self-help books, videos and exercises. I didn’t think that I was going to get the results I wanted and was sceptical. But it all worked out in the end. A couple of years ago, I tried everything to lead a happy life, but nothing helped me with anxiety or depression and my stress levels were at an all-time high. I was also unhappy and felt like nothing would ever change….
