A shooting near a nightclub in Tennessee early on June 5 has led to three deaths and 14 with gunshot wounds or other injuries, in the second mass shooting in recent days in the city.
Police responded to reports of a shooting at a nightclub at around 2:45 a.m. local time, according to Jeremy Eames, a spokesperson for the Chattanooga Police Department. Multiple victims were discovered when police arrived, he told CNN.
In addition to those who were killed or wounded, three individuals were hit by vehicles trying to flee the scene of the shooting, officials said.
