Officials in Tennessee said a shooting incident in Chattanooga has left three people dead and 14 injured early Sunday morning—the second mass shooting in recent days in the city.
Jeremy Eames, a spokesperson for the Chattanooga Police Department, said police responded to reports of a shooting at a nightclub at around 2:45 a.m. local time. Multiple victims were discovered when police arrived, he told CNN.
Three people were shot and killed, 14 were shot and injured, and three more were injured by vehicles trying to flee the scene of the shooting, officials said.
No suspects are in custody, and the identities of the victims have not yet been released. Eames said police believe there were several suspects involved….
