In-N-Out enthusiasts will soon be able to enjoy eating at a new location in San Juan Capistrano, California, in Spanish mission revival style.
The architectural theme is expected to “complement the traditional and historic character of the city,” according to a city agenda report.
Currently being built on a former Marie Calendar restaurant site, the burger shop will include a single-lane drive-thru and mission-style roof, columns, archways, domes, stucco walls, and a flower bed.
Located at 31791 Del Obispo Street, it is within walking distance from the two-and-a-half century-old Mission San Juan Capistrano, which welcomes over 300,000 visitors each year, according to its website. The mission served as an outpost for the Spanish to spread Christianity to Native Americans when it was first founded in 1776….
