Historically, Jaguar has liked to remain competitive in different segments of the automobile market. However, it seems this manufacturer has chosen to focus only on the SUV market as the XF is the last remaining sedan model. And the XF was launched in 2007. My tester, a top-of-line P300 R-Dynamic model, was dressed quite nicely in an exterior color of British Racing Green, with Ebony interior. The XF is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 296 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The 8-speed automatic transmission with chrome gearshift paddles makes for smooth transitions through the gears.
