Two men have been arrested in New York City over a Chinese police station that has since closed. They’re facing charges for allegedly opening it on behalf of Chinese authorities. Reports note Beijing has over a hundred of these police stations operating around the world. Human rights groups are raising concerns that the stations are used to harass and intimidate overseas dissidents.
