At least two people were killed in a shooting at an elementary school in Texas on May 24, officials said.
Two individuals that arrived at Uvalde Memorial Hospital were deceased, the hospital said following the shooting.
The hospital had said it received 13 children via ambulance or buses for treatment.
Two of them were transferred to San Antonio. A third was pending transfer.
University Health, a hospital in San Antonio, said it was caring for two patients. One, a 66-year-old woman, was in critical condition. The other, a child, was in unknown condition.
