A joint police effort between two Orange County cities led to the arrest of 10 suspects in a robbery series that spanned over six months, authorities said.
According to Anaheim and Placentia police departments, the 13 robberies occurred in Anaheim, Buena Park, La Habra, Orange, Placentia, Santa Ana, and Stanton between June and December of 2022. Victims were robbed while trying to sell property using online marketplaces and platforms.
The suspects reportedly carried a firearm during most of the cases, police said.
Authorities successfully identified the suspects involved and discovered that nine of the 10 suspects were Anaheim residents and members of a street gang in the city, police said….
